- One Alexis Contained Extraction System 14 cm (bag only) - GTB14
- One Alexis Contained Extraction System 17 cm (bag only) - GTB17
- Five disposable scalpels (#11 only)
- Two chux
- One jumbo chux
- Two gowns

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH COURSE:

- One red sharps container
- One wipes container
- Gloves (one box each of small, medium, large)
- One cleaning basin
- One roll of shrink wrap
